素材、成品视频不走CDN处理

阿里云OSS/CND使用，images的bucket仅供toC小程序使用。视频生产新建无cdn的bucket，域名videos，按租户和视频类型（原素材、压缩素材、切片素材、成片等）区分路径。其他团队使用OSS场景全部区分开，不要全部使用默认images

方案：

对于新数据：定时任务扫描co_content中字段orgin为ID的保存超过30天的从oss里删掉。

对于老数据：对已有素材和成品视频进行URL替换（换成新的域名videos），把老bucket的素材和成品视频上传到新的bucket里并删掉老bucket中的内容。
